New and confused

Hello BP,

My name is Gentria Lenoir and I have finally built up some courage to introduce myself. I currently live in Los Angeles and own two single family properties in my area. Before I discovered BP the only thing I knew about real estate was buy one property and one day it would pay off. Now in 2016 I am ready to learn everything I can and hope I can add to my portfolio. As I educate myself I get anxious to  start yet hesitant due to my area and low funds at the moment. I have thought about a cash out refi and heloc but I am undecided on which route is best. I have also thought about other states and have reached  out to an agent in the Dallas, Tx area. I look forward to networking with others in the community.

Get involved with the forums...introducing yourself is step one.

Start listening to the podcasts...it's a gold mine.

There are plenty of folks here...some who actually know what they are doing ;-0...who will be happy to give you their opinion and guidance on your strategy.  However, we're going to need to know a bit more about you and your goals.  (i.e.  What kind of equity do you have in your current properties?  Are you employed?  What is your investing goal?  What investing strategy(s) are you interested in?)
