New and confused

Hello BP,

My name is Gentria Lenoir and I have finally built up some courage to introduce myself. I currently live in Los Angeles and own two single family properties in my area. Before I discovered BP the only thing I knew about real estate was buy one property and one day it would pay off. Now in 2016 I am ready to learn everything I can and hope I can add to my portfolio. As I educate myself I get anxious to  start yet hesitant due to my area and low funds at the moment. I have thought about a cash out refi and heloc but I am undecided on which route is best. I have also thought about other states and have reached  out to an agent in the Dallas, Tx area. I look forward to networking with others in the community.
