Due to that small forest type of tress growing in that area including poison ivy plants (I spent lot of money few months back in clearing that area from all the those poison ivy plants and forest of big old trees grown over the years touching the roof and leaning towards building).

@Genny Li- agreed, our wedding opinion does not matter much, I’m also giving some thought to just making it our personal house, lots of mature trees, a full acre lot, 2100 sq ft, sell the Houston house, that bumps us from 1700 to 2100 sq ft , and a 6200 sq ft lot up to 42560 sq ft lot.

You have 22 properties that are probably at least 60 years old. 15% maintenance of $1000 rent does not get you very far when you start looking at big-ticket items like roofs, windows, plumbing, HVAC, driveway, tree-removal etc.I am doing this long enough here in Milwaukee that I own some properties I have rehabed twice.

I have been waiting for someone on the BP forums to explain to me how a Wyoming LLC will stop a plaintiffs attorney from filing a claim against the deed holder when their client falls in front of your property because of a down tree or ice patch amongst the many other common claims a real estate owners encounter....and to this day  crickets.
