If it's not written down somewhere that you can read (and understand) it, then it only exists as a rumor. 

In the 70s and 80s it wasn't uncommon for owners to burn their buildings to the ground at least that is the rumor... many buildings did in fact burn to the ground and believe it or not, some are still sitting there just as a shell.

A recent rumor was that the Class A properties can only max out at 65% to 85% capacity each year.

What is stopping me are the rumors that Teaneck's building department is very slow and difficult to work with.

Now, its very important that you listen to these tenants, and then do your own investigation with someone you believe is credible.In the mean time, I'd think seriously about letting them out of their lease so they dont tell everyone in the neighborhood, which could make this rumor haunt you & your property, forever.

There are rumors of expanding the international airport that is already in place here to receive flights from Houston and Miami, DIRECT!

Fannie Mae is very good about having these properties tested even if it is rumored to be a meth lab.

I've heard not so great things about Scarborough, but when driving around, the rumors dont match.
