Flipping in Teaneck, NJ

I saw a few nice properties in Teaneck NJ that could be a great flip. What is stopping me are the rumors that Teaneck's building department is very slow and difficult to work with. I was wondering if any fellow NJ investors has their own experience and thoughts.

Thanks!

You shouldn’t let you making Money be dictated by what the building department is. If there is money to be made in the town I don’t discriminate I go in I find a way to deal with the inspectors. I’m inspector has a specific manner or method in which they do things and you just have to learn it. I’m a believer that if there’s money to be made into town nothing should stop you. In my years with my mentor and on my own Emerson was the worse of all the towns
