(Why let Fossil-Fuel energy companies skate?

I had to laugh because she showed up with a plastic roller toy that presumably measures distances and, wait for it... a 2005 digital camera!

The only people to get hurt on a roller coaster are those who get off too early. 

Yes it is a scary jump and there is a lack of confidence but I'm going to try to do my best because this stock market is a roller coaster that wipes out years of gains in just days.

Without a doubt I am far from any kind of pro in remote investing, I am the guy who goes and gets "boots on", I have to, but I just do not see how a person can safely remote invest for flip on the scale that 100+yr old homes can and will require, how can you remotely know if there is knob & tube wiring, asbestos in the attic, if floors are pitched like a skate park, decaying stacked stone foundation and on and on.

@Eric Roller the answer here is yes, but what KIND of conventional loan though.  

There isn't much in the way of moving parts in a dryer; couple bearing/rollers, belt and drum.

Been a roller-coaster ride, but still hopeful there is a deal(s) to be done.

I get this feeling we could be roller coasting sideways for a long while in the stock market.

I also work in an industry that is attached heavily to the stock market, so this year could be a bit of a roller coaster.
