There could be rent caps, there could be relocation fees, I dunno, but someone does. 

Listing agents will have their go to clients ( in the investor world) We got a call yesterday on one of my new builds from a RELO agent.. how are people that are relocating going to do this without buyers agents.. ?? 

I mainly invest in sfh's in the midwest and have 13 but was considering looking into relocating for another multi deal.Thanks

You could maybe find a market for those relocating by offering month to month.
