Renting my house that has a pool and nervous of the liability for future tenants.

Our family are relocating to another state and we want to rent out our house that has a pool. We don't want to sell the house but want to make sure we are covered as much as possible on the extra liability of renting a house with a pool. Any advise or strategy on home insurance options, or minimum levels of renters insurance would be appreciated. I do have 3 other rental properties and am looking into putting them all into an LLC at the minute.
