always put water in the bucket first add the thinset powder on top of it. put the drill paddle to the very bottom of the bucket and mix. do this until thoroughly mixed about 4 min and then let it sit for a few minutes and mix again for another 30 sec to a minI prefer mixing as opposed to purchasing ready mix. first of all the ready mix is more expensive and to me it is much harder to handle. tip 5 organize your work area.preparing the area.

Great registered mail,, so it was returned to you,, I hope you left it " unopened".. you take photo copy of the envelope, the copy of the receipt you got from postman and save that.. your have proof of proper service,, then ..simply resend the whole thing again.. you sent out the first time correctly.. you met the proper notice period and she's up a creek without a paddle and yes she owes you.. so PERFECT you have her address and now take her to small claims court and sue her for damages.

If you want to complicate it and be a jerk by discriminating, then just know that all it takes is someone to FEEL that you have discriminated and you could find yourself up a creek without a paddle.
