New York City allows members of the public to have roommates in both single-family homes and in apartments, provided that these roommates maintain what is known as a 'common household,' meaning they share the livable space of the dwelling unit," Under the NYC Administrative Code, no more than three unrelated roommates can occupy a dwelling unit and maintain a common household, which means you can take on one or two roommates.

As building this house and accumulating land has been something I have always want to be able to pass down in my family, I am worried that to pursue this plan, I will be left with no more real estate assets after this goal is accomplished.

Also unsecrued Prom notes are very short and to the point usually no more than one or two small paragraphs so I can see how you would get the impression that it did not look right and I am confused about signed by title company rep that would NEVER happen so thats weird right there.
