I'd venture to guess your tenant is a criminal or drug addict of some sort.There's some truth in your thought but he's actually a really nice hard working young man.

It is on 1.2 acres of property in a very nice neighborhood and it has an RV pad that we can rent out for $1500-$2000 per month.

Many folks don't drink and might be annoyed, in recovery etc.We do put out a nice welcome basket with some drinks and snacks.

The average rental home price I am looking at is between $175K and $250K for a 3 bedroom house that requires minimal work in a nice neighborhood.
