Hey Josh,   There is some misconception about Auction Sales.

Most insurance policies don't cover flood insurance and its a common misconception that water damage is flood coverage and it is not.

You have the misconception that money solves all problems, or at least relieves your feelings of guilt.

That is a misconception.  

Unlike common misconceptions, passive investors are not laying by the beach, drinking margaritas, and enjoying the sun.

Businesses, real estate, and options strategies and cashflowing investments are better than a JOB.I don't agree with everything Kyosaki says or does, but I believe  he is contributing to society by provoking thought and challenging misconceptions.
