I’m looking for a Hard Money Loan solution for REO auctions

I wondering what options are out there if I have six figures to invest, 750+ credit score, and real estate experience as an agent. I’m looking for something that I put a “down payment” or something and they lend to me a line of credit that I can use as cash at real estate auctions and to buy REOs. Thank you!

@Josh Sayre

Looking to go the BRRRR route once I buy the properties at auction or however else I find deals.

I'll refi 30 year fixed once the proper seasoning period is met. 75% LTV of new appraised value. Take all my cash that I can and buy more properties (repeat).

At the same time, I need cash to purchase at auctions. From my understanding, HML are seal and property specific, which impedes an auction purchase... right?

What are some way BP people go about purchasing from auctions? Just using your actual cash?

Thanks.
