Looking for feedback from folks who have been in similar situations and have lessons learned or advice, as I am just getting started and this is literally my first post.Wife and I moved out of our first townhouse and rented it out to grow our family 3 years ago.

I would keep it in a high interest bank account might as well earn as much gain as you can no matter how small it is.However I think some debt pay down would be great not to the point where you are not liquid enough to Jump at another opportunity or can’t make a major repair when it arise.

Blythe is out of state pricing but you can jump in the car and be there in a few hours!

Let me start by saying that they are both great shows and I think Dave Meyer is great, as are the other present and past guests of both shows. 

You shouldn’t have to go to a second platform to verify a booking.I’m happy to jump on a call to review your current occupancy compared to the market, as well as “the anatomy of a statement.”

You are just starting and with no reviews, it will take some time.

On the other hand, there are many out there who jump into their next adventure without looking back. 

Starting to research Uruguay to invest and as a 3rd country to live in.

Yes it exists, but as the above poster mentioned, lots of hoops to jump through.
