Hello @Jared ChenelI like your enthusiasm, but you definitely have an aggressive goal.

You should point this out to potential clients/investors/partners, your clients will be your top priority and you will crawl through mud, scale barbed wire fences, go behind enemy lines and do whatever it takes, if they work with you...it's part of the reason the larger well established brokers always have a stable of young agents, youthful enthusiasm!

First, congratulations on your high motivation and enthusiasm!

Just make sure you talk with all 5 before you just agree to start helping somebody because a lot of The Times these people might see your enthusiasm and try to use it to their advantage and that's exactly what you don't need.

I see myself as rational and rather doom scenario than dream scenario thinker but my enthusiasm can motivate me to still find a good deal.

Hello Guy,Just some feedback- Called to office and wasn't very impressed with the enthusiasm of the person answering the call, also I never received follow up on someone checking out the 4-plex I was requesting PM for. 

I feel like there's a lot of enthusiasm for rental properties, but to be honest, it all seems really overwhelming and I never actually feel comfortable starting.

People use it to pump each other up with enthusiasm, and the commenters urging restraint get shouted down as "negative", "old-fashioned", "narrow-minded", "haters" who are trying to "kill the dream" and who "think there's only one way". 

His enthusiasm is contagious.

I think there's some truth to say that rent controls will reduce some enthusiasm for investment dollars in Oregon, but one has to ask, "As compared to what alternative(s)?"
