Basics for Rental Properties

Hello! My name is Iani Piha and I'm just 20 years old. My dad was always talking with me about this "Real Estate" subject and it was very boring until I opened some books and actually saw what opportunities are if you take good decisions and think on a long term.

I'm so glad I found this environment where I can read and learn JUST about RE. I want to know everything until I invest in my first Rental Property.

Even if I am just 20 years old I want by the end of 2019 to have already a Rental Property but until then I want also to get my relator license before.

I'm writing this hoping that someone will want to help a young guy with big dreams by giving me at least some advices. (basics: what should I focus on, what are the mistakes they did so I can learn from them, what they think it matters the most at a property, etc) 📈🏘🏢🏘

Thank you so so much and even if you won't answer me, thank you at least for taking your time to read. 🏚 🏠 🏘
