we have gone from a nice family taking care of the property to a crazy child molesting squatter....this story is a roller coaster! 

Just completed my 1st year of Real Estate investing and boy has it been a roller coaster.

If you are flipping(rehabbing) property in the Houston area, you know that the market has been a roller coaster lately.

(Condos are notoriously difficult to consistently make money from as pure investments - largely because of the high service costs, and values being highly affected by the roller coaster economy).

On the 17th of September after going through a roller coaster ride with the bank who owned the house, we FINALLY closed the deal!

Quite a roller coaster.

You reach a point where you either quit and give up on the dream or you say I am not going to listen to the naysayers and I am going to learn and outwork everyone else to make it happen.It will be a roller coaster in the beginning where you are building a business from the ground up.
