Just completed my 1st year of Real Estate investing and boy has it been a roller coaster. I can honestly say without a doubt that I LOVE it and I'm not stopping. I originally set out to buy and hold. Instead so far I've done 3 flips. My biggest set backs were the contractors on the first property and how I structured the financing. Both situations were big lessons learned and at this point the butterflies are out the window. I do want to concentrate on a solid buy and hold strategy which will eventually lead to commercial purchases. I'm still at the 9-5. Im going to try to replace my income and some with rentals before I call it quits at the job 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. All of the newbies feel free to ask me anything. I'm sure I'll be able to help you avoid a mistake or two.
