After experiencing unprofessional and unreliable behavior from Alpha Property Management LLC, I would advise others to steer clear of them.

Not knowing what to do, they probably didn't even know what to say, so they buried their head in the sand.I'm not justifying this behavior, I find it repulsive, but I've seen it so many times in the decades I've been in this industry that I'm just reporting what history has taught me has likely happened here.It sickens me to be the one to deliver this news--the sponsor should have kept you informed every step of the way and failed in their most basic duty--to communicate with investors.  

Most small violations are met with notices so they can correct behavior so it doesn't lead to that.

Not an indictment on you, but you might get lumped in with others and their bad attitude/behavior, just due to the fact you live in Cali.I would just move and keep looking for a good fit.

I wound up telling him rent received after the 1st is late even though by law I couldn't charge a late fee until the 5th, he corrected his behavior some and we parted ways eventually. 

Generally you can weed out many individuals based on income, credit, employment history, previous residences, and overall behavior compared to other candidates. 

Also very different behavior as far as how far in advance they book (the larger tends to book much farther out).
