My dreams of the best deal for my first deal were dashed. 

I slapped the dash board of my car and thought wow!

I know I'm way late to the party but I saw this pop up on my dash as I'm from Haverstraw and have helped several investors make it work in Stony Point including @Judy P. who got a killer deal on a two-family up there and is looking for more.

The settlement has not damaged or compromised the footer or foundation, and hasnot caused any interior cracking or out‐of‐square doors in the area of cracking.

I am a father of a 7 year old daughter and overall adrenaline junky / fly fisherman. 

I'll throw in that I've seen a severe lack of communication with a dash of arrogance on many lender's part and it can be a frustrating world. 

Thus my equity in my home I fought so hard to keep is gone and my dreams of investing in rentals is dashed.
