Hi everyone,

Figured I would finally make a post after reading the forums and watching some webinars the last few months :)

My name is Mark and I live in NE PA, I'm 35, a business owner who gets to work from home with my wife. I am a father of a 7 year old daughter and overall adrenaline junky / fly fisherman. My wife and I had no plans to start investing in real estate, until we went to Montana a few years ago... we loved it so much we bought a small cabin (not at all for an investment when we bought other than watching it appreciate and enjoying our time out there) which long story short led to buying a SFH investment property in Bozeman MT this past September. That's really gotten the ball rolling for us and I am currently searching for some small Multi-Family properties back here in PA.

It's been fun being so overwhelmed with learning new things on this whole real estate investment deal and I am excited to get a few properties under my belt within the next few years.

I unknowingly got a bit of head start on having some cash available with a HELOC on my primary residence which should help in my next purchase. Besides that I am just learning as I go and trying to make the right decision!
