We have an investor dashboard/online portal where investors can view their statements and we like to keep our investors up to date with a quarterly newsletter but that's pretty much it.As for your other questions, there hasn't been a ton of talk  in the past year about the 10% fund specifically because it has only just recently re-opened.

Anyhow I wanted to get some feedback from the family to see if I am the only one facing these two issues with my beloved BP.1) When logged in through my IPad I receive alerts that my keywords are being discussed but when I "go to keywords" the page always loads as if there are no unread keyword alerts (however the "inbox" always reflects what I have or have not read).2) Newest little snippet I noticed today is my dashboard is telling me I have an unread chat message.

I know someone contacted me yesterday for example, but all the user name says is George, when I accept it goes and hides someplace and I end up back on the dashboard page in forums.
