Does anyone know of local masterminds/meetups/conferences that encompass Real Estate Investing?

I am curious about your thoughts on what makes a great investor mastermind experience for you. 

I'm kicking off a mastermind soon with a very successful co-host and happy to keep you in the loop. 

I would say join a group, like a mastermind or something.

If you're planning on taking STRs seriously to maximize cashflow, I would take the time up front to either 1. hire a professional to handhold you through the process or 2. join a mastermind.

Definitely get looped into the local meetups, and figure out who is doing deals.Joining Masterminds, and having great mentors has been by far the #1 catalyst to my success.Surround yourself with people who are where you want to be.
