New to Real Estate

Hello,  I would like to introduce myself.  First,  I am a rookie.  But I have been a rookie before.  I have been on Fort Worth Fire Dept for 24 years.  I have done many things in my career but now I am ready for the exciting and rewarding wealth building of Real Estate.  RE has always been somewhat of a passion for me.  From Construction Science, Architecture, to owning Real Estate.  I have educated myself for years by reading books, talking to experts in the field,  and good ole Youtube University.  There is a down side of my education and personality - paralysis by analysis.  BUT,  I have made 2024 THE YEAR to buy my first property and go from there.  Looking forward to meeting people like minded and motivated to creating wealth via real estate.

Have you visited any real estate groups yet?  There are several firefighters that are investing in real estate.  @Will Pritchett is a great resource.  @Joe Funari is a fellow investor and real estate agent here as well.  Might be good to get connected so here's some of the groups that meet on our side of town:
