BP Communities Mastermind Opinions

I am curious about your thoughts on what makes a great investor mastermind experience for you. We go to many REI meetups and some formats we like and some we don't. Would you share what mastermind meetup structure you like most? We are creating an investor mastermind group in the Evergreen Colorado area and would like to tap into the BP groups thoughts. Thank you!!!

    @Jimmy Good

    I 100% hate the term mastermind. Why? Because 99% of them are run by one “guru” who is in it for money.

    A true mastermind to me is a group of people all with an expertise in an area that they can share knowledge and provide ideas

    One “expert” with 20 newbies paying a monthly fee is not a mastermind
