I am a new investor from Israel looking to invest in some flip properties

All  of my clients are form out of state, California, Israel, Missouri, just to name a few. 

and we actually have a member who lives in Israel - he teams up with others in our group to invest.

Not sure if anyone can help out and recommend a property manager for a investor that is located in Israel.  

Most of my clients are from California (because finding real estate investment opportunities can be tough) but I have worked with clients from Israel to Singapore.There are lots of great midwest and southern markets that people have found success in... for years Indy, Memphis, and Kansas City were very common and we are seeing other options like Oklahoma City and some Pennsylvania markets as well.I live in Indy, so I'm a little biased, but... other than the obvious numbers, there are some other metrics to take in to consideration.

This arrangement continues in much of the world to this day.But there have been a few exceptions to dictatorship rule, also known as warlords, also known as monarchy, also known as ultra-left government to put it into a modern definition.The exception was democratic.

As I am also from Israel I am currently looking into how I will get funding but also what markets are affordable considering I only have 30k.
