My current position unlocked a hidden passion of commercial real estate and I've been self indulging myself in it ever since. 

But I will indulge myself, the problem with Universities and education is it is the probably the destructive influence for young people and our culture in pushing the Woke agenda.  

Not to do it myself but to know how easy or difficult it might be to indulge in these kinds of opportunities.
