Wholesaling/Virtual Wholesaling Investor

LaHenria Holsey
Posted

Hello everyone,

I am very new to real estate, but I am eager to get into it. I've been reading up on it and recently discovered wholesaling. I feel that this is a good way to dive into real estate and allow me to build some cash to truly start investing. My problem is that I am in a rural, low-populated area, and I do not believe it to be realistic to wholesale here. This being considered, I am looking to wholesale virtually. I am aware that wholesaling is no walk in the park and to do it virtually is even harder especially with me being a beginner, but I want to give it a shot. If anyone could give me advice on wholesaling, specifically virtual wholesaling, I would be grateful. I'm open to any advice (good markets to wholesale in, title companies/closing attorneys, networking, finding boots on the ground/JVs, etc.).

Hey I’m new too and wholesaling in my own backyard. I would recommend YouTube I started off with Cody speeder, Jerry Norton, khang (wholesale to millions) they have great content that can help you get started. Also your gonna need some feet on the ground for your deals. Someone to check out the properties to make sure all the info is accurate.
