@Kinnari Pandya  I look to invest in the fastest growing areas, wher epeople are moving TO, where construction is booming, rising tide raises all ships, etc. 

My only order in the last several days was in the name of Erin Lucas, and that shipped out yesterday.

More likely, it is an inexperienced sponsor raising money from inexperienced passive investors (and experienced ones that opted to take the risk on an inexperienced sponsor) who got in way over his head and had no idea how to right this ship.

I am finding it to be very informative, but the narrator keeps referring to diagrams and work sheets on the "bonus CD"....well, the audio version did not come with a CD.Does anyone out there in BP land have a bonus CD to this book that I could buy for a reasonable amount, plus shipping?

If they have a 500 credit score and are trying to make a buck a popular investment strategy, they could just as easy shut down the LLC, stop paying you rent and jump ship since their credit is already bad, whats another hit.
