So, really, it's very property specific if you can or can't get a conventional mortgage on it.By contrast, and REO that has had vagrants come in and strip out all the copper pipes, steal the oven, etc, that's a no go.

For toilets, I'd been using the 1.28 gpf type, but a fantastic .8 gallon per flush toilet is now on the market, it's called the Niagara Stealth, and it should be purchased at Home Depot(otherwise you're gonna pay like $50 or more to ship it somewhere.)

@Rob Lane, @Michael Healy mentioned earlier in the thread that in Massachusetts, discount policies like that are also illegal since it's just a stealth late fee.
