I've always been interest in real estate my entire adult life but everyone I know has always discouraged me.  

Do you generally provide your adult tenants with one set of keys and allow them to make copies themselves or do you make a set of keys for each adult tenant on the lease?

Most of my adult life (I'm 52 years young) I have always wanted to know more about personal, multi-unit and commercial Real Estate from the perspective of learning how to generate income from low or no money investing, flipping and buy and hold Real Estate concepts.

The only persons Tenant may permit to reside on the Premises during the Term of this Lease are (include names and ages of all occupants): : ADDITIONAL ADULT 1, ADULT 2 and 2 SMALL KIDS names3.

Hello, my renter just called me this morning letting me know that their friends (a couple and 2 small kids) are in a hard financial situation, so they need to move in with them (its a 3 bedroom house and currently only 2 adults there - my renter and his girlfriend) for 30-45 days till they get on their feet.The current lease is expiring on March 1.

To be clear, he's not the only adult living there.

No they should not be running but the fact is they will have more traffic then adults alone.

Current military systems prevent soldiers from learning how to "adult."

Here's the wrinkle that I later discovered -- the now-deceased owner was murdered in the house by her adult son, who suffered from severe psychological problems. 

I'm aware it could slow progression due to some profits not being reinvested in the business however, I feel my progress would be even slower trying to school full time, work full time, be a responsible adult, and invest in real estate.
