Should I pay myself a salary?
I'm a full time student and school is my priority. I also have to work full time in order to make ends meet. I need to create time to be successful in REI however the only time I can take from is work. So my question is should I pay myself a (small salary -$30k) to replace my income in order to devote more time to REI? I'm aware it could slow progression due to some profits not being reinvested in the business however, I feel my progress would be even slower trying to school full time, work full time, be a responsible adult, and invest in real estate. My plan would be to replace my salary with residual income ASAP.

@DeMarcus Washington, if your company is not earning money, then do not pay yourself a salary. When you pay yourself a salary you create a taxable event. If all you are doing is using your savings, then you can use them without paying a tax.
