There were no clothes in the closets, all the kitchen cabinets were empty, there was no shower curtain and no toiletries or toilet paper in the bathroom, and most of the light fixtures didn't work.

I've seen so-called "gutter guards" installed by screwing 1/4" mesh hardware cloth directly into the FLAT roof.

They have lobbies, restaurants, bars, gift, clothing and sundries retail shops, public meeting spaces, public event spaces, parking lots, front desks, 24/7 on site employees sometimes numbering into the hundreds, daily maid services, on site maintenance staff, signage advertising their business, they offer shuttle transportation services, concierge services, etc. 

If there are empty cans and coffee cups all over the floor, clothes and boxes of stuff strewn on the back seat, and junk everywhere, it shows how the person will not take care of your house either. 

Just be sure the laundry area is CLEAN, well lit, has a large clothes folding table, and is secure.

The other problem is they have the unfinished portion of the basement filled with clothes.

You can literally make money wearing luxury clothes for 6 months to a year and selling them 6 months to a year later.

Got in the house today and the biggest problem is a basement wall crack which looks like a serious problem.Have not done a house with this type of problems so not sure how much $$$ we are taking about.My plan is to use carbon fiber cloths with epoxy.Option 2 is to use anchorsThis retaining basement wall is about 480 sq ft (60ft long by 8ft tall).
