Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

*29 have been accused of spousal abuse
*7 have been arrested for fraud
*19 have been accused of writ...

There was a murder there last week.

To make sure you don't over improve the property, mystery shop the competition to see what they've done to their units to achieve market rent premiums.

Everything may seem overwhelming at first, but the more you dive into Real Estate the less and less mysterious it becomes.

It's a bit of a risk in posting someone's information here and then 5 years later someone finds the post and calls them after the handyman has been released from prison for an ax murder (bit of an exaggeration but you get the idea).

I've dealt with murder, shootings of the building, fires, showing a property and calling the cops as I was watching a pimp drag a person, and more. 10% isn't enough for me to strap on a gun and manage here anymore so we have been slowly saying good bye to accounts as there isn't enough money.

I can tell you that I found the murder statistics from last year and I decided to stay out of the two zip codes with the highest murder rates for last year. 

Every city has good and bad areas when it comes to crime, and so no matter where you look you'll probably want to avoid the area where three people were murdered last week.

All that is still a mystery to me, cause I feel like if you had your finger on the pulse just partly even one should have seen it coming, considering I worked in timesharesales back then and even the dumbest people had houses, even pizza delivery boys with 20k incomes.

I am apparently missing something and frankly would like to learn from you...The last war zone property I shorted two murders took place in the house and the house was partially burnt ...
