Hey Everyone,

I am relatively new to Bigger Pockets, although I have listened to the podcast for awhile.  I am also fairly new to real estate investing.

I have 2 rental properties in the Denver area which I didn't necessarily "buy right".  I've been lucky to benefit from the market in Denver over the past several years which turned my first rental property from a bad deal into a mediocre deal.

Currently, I am looking to acquire another property for a rental.  The goal this time is to "buy right" and be making cash flow from the beginning.  In the future I would like to accelerate my real estate investing and potentially go full time at some point.  Luckily right now I have a good job which helps compensate for any mistakes I make along the way.

Immediately my biggest need is a good handyman.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Because I travel for my JOB even if I wanted to fix the midnight leaky toilet I wouldn't be able to.

I look forward to getting to know the other BiggerPockets members in the future!
