As one to lose your virginity on, it looks fairly OK.My first house was one much like this - I got it under contract for $32,000, realized during inspection that the basement was collapsing (we rarely see basements here in Texas because of shifting soils), and got the bank to lower the price to $22K.

Similar type of property, a German old couple who I think were more savvy then they let on, the place on the surface had all this interesting wood work and history that they kept emphasizing, while trying to ignore and deflect all the problems underneath.

Most importantly I believe it will give me control over my financial status for the rest of my life, and prevent me from having to depend on 40hr work weeks just to get by.At this moment I am currently mostly looking into investing in owner occupant multifamily homes, as I am still fairly young and believe this will give me good investing and life experience(also out from underneath my parents roof lol).

This equates to a high level LLC considered a management company, and then underneath that the land of the MHP would be a subsidiary, and a separate subsidiary would be used for the Park Owned Homes for renting, selling, etc.
