Her subject to duties (duties I strongly emphasized to her that they must be followed by having her sign a document stressing their importance) included paying the mortgages at least 2 weeks early and then following up no later than the due date to confirm the payments had posted.

On that call, they emphasized this system is about doing things without any of your own cash down, but then explicitly ask you how much cash you have liquid for your investment and what your credit score is in order to give you a financing offer for the course fees.

While a line of credit may look at your credit history and risks lending to you, hard money takes those factors in consideration but emphasizes more how investable is the property in question.Either way, both are viable resources in investing and should be considered.Good luck!
