I've been rampaging through the podcasts, which are amazing, and have read the UBG cover to cover (which is wierd since it's an E-Book!).

The "learn" tab at the top of the page has some e-books for you to start on.

You could rent it out as storage space - or complimentary storage space for each tenant in the building.  

I've been immersed in reading all the threads, blogs, eBooks, and listening to the podcasts as much as I can.My wife and I are looking to get into the real estate investing market ASAP.
