There is something you have to add to your lease that discloses the crime free city policy.As for double taxation I think you mean that in Maryland if your property is located inside a city you would have a city tax and a county tax.

I think it really depends on what you want to do and what excites you.Within Accounting there is Financial analysis, Taxation, Assurance, Advisory, Bookkeeping, etcWithin Finance there is Financial Planning, Trading, Debt Securities, Equities, etcIf there are any accounting or finance networking events held in your school where professionals come, I would look to attend those events.
