Here is a group you can check into for VA's....STR Secrets VAWe haven't used them, but we're part of the Mastermind the case study was done in. 

I just want a thriving successful real estate business that I can eventually hand off to my kids while having my kids apart of building it, not working for anyone but myself and those in my eventual mastermind group, and spending as much time as I can with my family and friends. 

I'm in a mastermind group, so the hope is someone will help me once the LOI is accepted, but that's definitely some risky business.I'm also looking at a LOT of different asset classes without really knowing which one to focus on.

We should really try to get together at the very least on a Zoom like a mastermind group.

But getting crews to a remote location is going to be a challenge, and ultimately means you will be paying more per square foot to build compared to in the city.Looking forward to others responses to see how these challenges can be overcome.Sounds like we could do a small mastermind about it, Scott!
