Looking to connect with other investors/house hackers in Dallas

Hi everyone,

I've been a BP fan for several years now as well as a long time lurker on the forums. I recently moved to Dallas from NYC after I closed on my first house hack and am now looking to connect with other investors in the area. Open to joining an existing meetup group or even talking informally 1:1 (so if you don't have a group but are interested in connecting, DM me!). I'd still consider myself a newbie, but feel I have a lot to share about my journey so far and would love to talk with others who are as passionate about investing as I am!

I think DFW is meetup central for real estate.  Not sure I have seen one specifically focused on house hackers or hacking, but most cover a variety of topics.

I never been to this one, but coming up this week.
