BiggerPockets Members,I am new to bigger pockets, I have become fascinated with the practice of real estate investing and would love to hear from anyone who is experienced, someone who would be willing to exchange messages or even a phone call with me to answer some of my questions.I know lots of people probably say this but I have done a good amount of research and have a decent knowledge base already, read some books, read countless articles, guides and forum postings regarding many different aspects of REI.

I've always been fascinated - even enthralled - by the world of finance and investing.

I source investment deals in Cyprus, a Mediterranean island that is very similar to Greece with a booming economy.

I find the industry very fascinating.  

I actually love real estate...everything about it fascinates me (I even took a 4hr class this week on foreclosure law....yawn...ok, that was not terribly exciting....but still!). 

Last, but not least, I have had a fascination for the US since spending my youth in the Boy Scouts of America and gaining my Eagle Scout rank.So, what am I looking for?

As a big fan of the various HGTV shows on the flipping, rehabbing, and fixing-up of dilapidated buildings, I began to become fascinated by the idea of finding and restoring old properties.
