Do you invest in International Deals?

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum. Thank you for having me.

I source investment deals in Cyprus, a Mediterranean island that is very similar to Greece with a booming economy. We find off-market deals and provide full service on repurposing old buildings into commercial/residential for a profit. Also working a lot with solar parks.

I know most of you are in the USA, I only work with international investors and provide them with good deals that also include management. I don't want my clients to be concerned with their investments, we take it from A to Z.

My question is what are the first things you look at when investing in a foreign country?
