For example, I think we can all agree that its true that if you became a professional sports player you'd make a lot of money. 

I play all kinds of games: video games, computer games, sports, chess/Go/checkers/etc, skiing, the list goes on.

Hip place for young people/families, lots of new restaurants, art scene, universities, tier 1 hospital, sports complexes (traveling youth sports is big business), infrastructure investment, and large multinationals moving their headquarters into the area.

i do not watch tv, play sports, or anything else.doing it the hard way.Strive.

If you want to target STR guests who are traveling for conferences, business trips, sports tournaments, etc. you won't find as much of that here as in Charlotte.
