I damaged my credit as a teen but worked on getting it back up and now have an excellent score.

It's not the sexy part like the houses are, but critically more important.  

The term “Boring is sexy” was one my mentor had used so many times, I always understood the overarching meaning.

The cost of maintenance/turnover could be higher if you must commute to the property.We recently had the opportunity to purchase ~50 units (4 buildings) in the small town where I spent my teen years.  

Inner East Portland is sexy, hip, diverse, historic, modern, grungy and full of excitement right now.

When rates are sexy, it's no big deal to sell your house with a crummy kitchen in order to buy a house with a nicer kitchen, but one fewer bedroom, as a lateral move (sell a $500k home you don't like any more, to buy a $500k home you do like, equity from one is down payment on another, monthly payment ballpark unchanged).

Nothing sexy.

TRADES are on fire.. the average American teen is not learning the trades like a few generations ago.ergo we have imported so much of the unkilled and skilled labor into the construction field and they are taking over the vacuum left .good job..

Asset management, but I'm not sure if thats a "sexy" enough topic to brand a podcast around.
