Properties in the C/C- class areas can go for well below that price point, but I personally prefer to invest in B-/B neighborhoods for safety and consistency of cash flow.

You must use your credit card to pay for shipping of the Blueprint, and then of course, they now have your cc# to continue billing you for their program after the free trial period.

It is completely doable- just have your systems put in place (AC/Electrical/Plumbing/Handyman) and make sure your CC is on file with them.

my position on paid training is: Need to be able to pay cash for it not put it on your CC Need to be able to actually partake in what your training for  IE have capacity to transact.Real estate in most forms is capital / credit intense with neither of these things in MOST markets its is very rare that the I have no money and no credit individual can succeed.

And that's factoring only CC+tax+mortgage, I assume house ownership means you also have additional burden of recurring water/heating charges + overseeing the occasional major capex project.
