What is the creative solution around the re-reinstatement of the anti-flipping rule?

I've never given it yet.Anyway, I'm going to give them a Notice to Quit to terminate the month to month and give them a new lease with all the unpleasantness I can under the NJ Anti-eviction laws (they require lease renewals and limit rent increases to "not unconscionable").

Here in NJ you need VERY specific language in your leases to collect any late fees as well as court costs Etc...Lease must state that any late and or additional fees are "additional rent" IF this isn't stated Judge and dismiss anty and all fees.Ask me how i know

At least that's how I'm seeing it mentioning it three times now.This site is rather anti-guru, tons of opinions and comments as well opinions on what a guru is.

There is a FIBI meeting in Pasadena ($20) which is anti pitch, also the LAREIA is this Wednesday also ($20). 

I avoid buying there and in other anti business/landlord regulation areas.

I never thought that San Diego would have such an anti LL regulation.  

As for being anti-human.... ugh, really.
