Glens Falls is growing- cheapish properties, great rents, strong rental market.

Some of the cities that were mentioned in a recent Realtor article were Riverside California, Las Vegas Nevada, and Sacramento California which were the biggest declines of around 5%.

I know the Glens Falls, Johnstown, Gloversville area pretty well. 

A title company that are familiar with Wholesaling in NY and NJ that I have used is  Riverside Abstract, LLC (Bigger pockets don't allow phone numbers being posted so look them up).   

Yes, I'm researching parts of Riverside and San Bernardino counties for fix and flip opportunities.

Here in Jacksonville you can find garage apartments in the Riverside/Avondale area and also in Springfield.

I am in Riverside county, and I travel to SD county as well as a mobile notary.

Both areas are good, but Riverside and San Bernardino are better.Good investing... 

It's less of a problem in Riverside, but in areas with cold weather they are susceptible to frozen pipes and other problems.It's a cheap product and easy to buy, but you'll be buying it for cash flow and not appreciation.
