11 - Rearranging the kitchen (see 8), allows you to move the WH too (see 6), which gives the smaller bedroom a WIC, and the space where the current closet is becomes floor/wall space for that bedroom...making it bigger.Just a few quick observations.

In other words it's a guess.There are several sources of data, but in real estate, unless actual owners are contributing to data, then it will be compiled by survey, or by third party observations like Realtors.
