And that you will be available for a walk thru prior to the 31 of Jan by appointment.If they don't pay January rent, then you could file for eviction, with proper pay quit notice,, If they don't move you can file for eviction, failure to comply with non-renewal.

Injuries, etc. are a separate insurance issue that may or may not be regulated by your state licensing agency.Contractor licensing is all about complying with state licensing regulations in regards to knowledge, solvency, taxes, code of conduct, and financial regulations.

Assuming the seller/agent went through the proper notification process and he refused access that tells me he thinks he doesn't have to comply to your rights as stated in the lease.
