It does create a touch more anonymity because someone can't just search on a county assessor site and look up every single property you own in one go.

Our lawyer advised us that until you have employees, the LLC doesn't offer much additional protection, although working it so you get some anonymity is nice.

I Bought recently a House which has a Permitted SHED in the backyard as per the records and previous owner converted it to ADU( bathroom+kitchenette +wall heater) without permit to livable Space.A Fremont City enforcement office checked my house with some anonymous complaint and mentioned it was illegal.
